Tiny Home – Studio

Reframe Systems’ Tiny Home Studio ADU is a 400 sq ft studio, one-bath unit manufactured at Reframe’s Andover, MA facility. Fully electric and Passive House–ready, it features high levels of insulation, an airtight envelope, and efficient systems designed to maintain excellent indoor air quality while reducing heating and cooling demand. The layout is compact but highly livable, with an open kitchen, living, sleeping area and bathroom. It’s a great fit as a rental unit, guest space, or multigenerational suite when a smaller footprint is the right match for the lot. This is the smaller of Reframe’s two Tiny Home configurations. Both interior and exterior finish colors can be selected to match the existing property.
