Tiny Home – 1 Bed

Reframe Systems’ Tiny Home 1-Bed ADU is a 554 sq ft, one-bedroom, one-bath unit manufactured at Reframe’s Andover, MA facility. It’s a strong fit for homeowners who want a high-performance ADU without the coordination burden of traditional construction. Fully electric and Passive House–ready, it features a highly insulated, airtight envelope and efficient systems designed to maintain excellent indoor air quality while reducing heating and cooling demand. The layout is efficient without feeling tight, with an open kitchen and living area, bathroom, and private bedroom. It works well as a long-term rental, multigenerational suite, or guest space depending on your needs. This is the larger of Reframe’s two Tiny Home configurations, offering a dedicated bedroom. Both interior and exterior finish colors can be selected to better match the existing property.
